A Russian CV has four headings. Each line is short: dates, a job, and a past verb for what you did.

A short Russian CV has four headings.

| 2018–2022: ме́неджер, банк. | 2018 to 2022: manager, a bank. |
| Руководи́л кома́ндой из восьми́ челове́к. | Managed a team of eight. |
| Отвеча́л за рабо́ту с аге́нтствами. | Was responsible for work with agencies. |
| Испа́нский — родно́й, англи́йский — свобо́дно. | Spanish: native; English: fluent. |
Duties use the past process form, often without я. A woman writes руководи́ла, отвеча́ла.
