A Russian work email is more formal than an English one, and it always follows the same frame. Learn the frame, and fill in the middle.

The frame
A work email, top to bottom. The frame never changes.

Уважа́емая for a woman. Formal emails use вы with a capital letter: Вы, Вам, as a sign of respect.
